Disability Comic Con had the opportunity to participate in Nerd Night sponsored by #Gamababes and #Gamabar located in Northwest Houston at 7700 Pinemont Dr. Ste F Houston, TX 77040. The event was a great time that included vendors from Houston and some as far as Austin who are part of the Nerd scene. Vendors showcased trinkets, arts, and more to those who are popular culture enthusiasts.

Attendees were encouraged to come in cosplay or as themselves to enjoy trivia, music, vendors, cocktails and interviews about their favorite anime duo and current must watch anime shows. Disability Comic Con was front and center at the event discussing our upcoming fundraiser, The Best of Texas Cosplay, for Disability Comic Con 2025, and introducing ourselves to the community. We met elementary school teachers, nonprofit organizations with missions dedicated to special needs, comic book creators, artists, and cosplayers.
